Objection handling is one of the most important skills needed to succeed in business and also in our personal lives. Objections are frequently raised in sales situations and, all too often, these result in major setbacks in the sales cycle. In some cases sales are lost forever simply because the sales person did not know how to properly handle objections raised by their prospects.

Of course, objections are not limited to sales situations. If you are a parent, you have likely heard thousands of objections raised by your children. You have probably heard lots of objections from your own parents, co-workers, bosses, subordinates and others from all walks of life.
